1. Acceptance of Operational Parameters
By scheduling a flight, you acknowledge that NMD Drone operates under strict weather and localized legal restrictions. Flights may be rescheduled due to adverse atmospheric conditions without incurring penalties.
2. Deliverables and Licensing
The final orthomosaics, 3D models, and raw video footage remain the intellectual property of NMD Drone 4 Hire until full payment is rendered, at which point you receive an unrestricted commercial license.
3. Limitation of Liability
NMD Drone is not liable for structural defects or hidden damages that are not visibly recognizable via exterior aerial sensors.
